What is your policy regarding COVID-19?

EMC is an essential service and operates in compliance with the Alert Level in force. Full details of the alert levels can be found at covid19.govt.nz

All EMC services, including order processing, product delivery, workshop service, field service and manufacturing are operational, subject to any alert level restrictions that apply.

Minor delays may exist on some indent products due to reduced international freight capacity. Please check with us if any questions.

If you need urgent assistance and are unable to contact EMC Staff through normal channels (due to out-of-hours, holidays, etc), please go here and phone the staff members most appropriate for your problem, followed by other staff should you fail to make contact.

Where can I get Unitronics tech support?

Usually Steve George (DDI 09 415 5118, Mobile 029 415 5118, Email steve.george@emc.co.nz) is the first person to contact for technical or programming support of the Unitronics PLC range.

However, if Steve is not available, Unitronics offer excellent Technical Support for all their PLCs with integrated HMI. Available online 24 hours per day the range of support includes Software Downloads, Technical Library, Forum, Training / e-Learning, Webinars, PLC Tools, FAQs and more. Click here to view

Do you have credit card facilities?

We can accept payments by VISA or MasterCard

Do you accept cheques?

We do not accept cheques unless prior arrangements have been made

What are your normal business hours?

We are open 8:30am to 5:00pm all normal working days Monday through Friday. There is reduced staffing over the December/January holiday period, so please let us know if your enquiry is urgent and we will give it priority
